In the episode where Monica, Chandler and Joey are talking about their experience on the beach with the jellyfish, they seem to be doing a parody of a movie when Joey says, "I would have peed on any one of you" (or something close). Anybody know what movie that might be?

I don't think that's a parody on a movie. Joey just emphasizes that line to point out the absurdness, for the comic effect.

That is one of my favorite Friends scenes. It IS a movie parody although I think it might be a spoof of a genre rather than a specific film. (I could be wrong--I would like of the film then too.)
