Just a simple question this time.

We all know that Monica knew Rachel from high school, just like Ross and Chandler. Joey has become the roommate from Chandler.

BUT HOW DID MONICA MEET PHOEBE????

I think its something that the writers want to leave as untouched ground. It would be nice to know though. It a bit of an odd one, how monica would get involved with someone off the streets.

AFAIK it's not shown or referenced anywhere in the series, at some point she became Monica's roommate. It's logical to think that Monica used an ad to search for a new roommate (like Chandler did when he met Joey).

Monica's 'flat' also has 'taps', a 'sink', a 'toilet', and a 'settee', plus the 'living room' also has some nice 'curtains' in the window, and Central Perk also has a 'settee' and a 'pavement' outside it. And Monica's Dad's Porsche also has a 'bonnet', and a 'boot', all-be-it back to front from a conventional 'car's arrangement. ;P
