Janice?

I missed a lot of the shows after season 4. Chandler and Janice were on and off something like four times during that; during which time she got married, divorced, and then reconciled with her ex ("the mattress king")

Then she was back on the show before Monica and Chandler's wedding, when she sort of invited herself and they had to tactfully uninvite her -- and the next time I saw her was when Rachael was in the hospital having Emma, and Janice was having a baby -- I don't recall if this was with a second husband or what.

Whatever happened to that character, was that the end of her appearances in the show?

After her marriage to the "mattress king" ended, she returned to Chandler (episode 4.15 TOW All the Rugby). Chandler realized that he found her annoying and wanted to break up again, so he pretended he had to move to Yemen. Since she insisted on going to the airport with him and seeing him off, he actually had to go to Yemen.

Yes, this was with her second husband, who was partially deaf.

This past season, she appeared again in 9.21, TOW the Fertility Clinic. She and husband #2 were trying to conceive another baby.
