Just wanted to ask if anyone had heard or read about a possible future thanksgiving one off special episode. I read it a couple months ago and someone (here in uk) that i spoke to yesterday said the same thing?
Is that true cause it seems contrary to what happened in the finale and the various specials the cast did
But there were the stories, a few months back, that they had filmed an episode to be aired a year or so in the future. Now, I can't remember how much of that was rumor. But surely those stories is what the original poster is talking about.
Going to http://groups.google.com and searching for old message in this newsgroup about it might give a better idea of whether it was rumor or something more concrete.
As for continuity, if such a thing was filmed or will be filmed, one just has to take into consideration the actual ending. So Monica and Chandler are out in the suburbs, Ross and Rachel would supposedly be together, Phoebe would be trying to have children with Mike, and Joey would continue on as always. Maybe they'd all go out to the suburbs for a Thanksgiving get together. Joey would exist in two worlds, either in his present path, or they could incorporate his "Joey" move to LA.

I heard during negotiations the possibility of a movie, but not much more. I would think if the filming of a movie was happening it would make its way on imdb.com but I cannot find any information about it.
