Help! Ive been reading the comments for a long time on this news group and although I can usually figure out what some of the initials represent, I can't make any sense out of "TOW" ? Who can help me?

"emac" ...

It stands for The One With, The One Where, etc... It's an abbreviation for the recurring part of the title.
