I have looked through the episode guides, but can't find it - which is the episode where Joey gets advice from the girls about the greatness of having a female friend become his girlfriend?

Thanks but it isn't the one. This is the one where Phoebe (I think) tells Joey to get to know a girl as a friend first before getting involved with her, but not to hit on his current female friends.
