Monica's Restaurant

Hi there,

I remember back in Season 3 when Monica was dating Pete Becker. Remember the rich guy who wanted to fight in the ultimate fighting championship? I remember one episode where he gave her a management position at a new restaurant he was opening. Is this the same restaurant she's working in now? Or does she own it? Does Pete still own it? It seems strange that she'd be allowed to work there after she dumped Peter. And I don't remember any other episodes concerning this. Can someone explain for me please? Thanks.

As I recall, Monica worked at a Chinese food restaurant, and her co-workers hated her guts for no reason whatsoever. I'd also like to know why they hated her guts (i.e., one of them put her in the freezer and never let her out).

She apparently took the head chef job that was a relative (father, brother?) of a lot of the staff. But, thanks to Joey, she gained their respect (*fear*) and hasn't really had a problem since then. I think it italian, though.

It was not a Chinese restaurant, Monica works at Alessandro's (probably Italian) since TOW They're Gonna Party, when Alessandro confronted her for writing a bad review about his restaurant.

As i recall monica never had a job at a chinese restrant. That was after she broke up will richard and was acting nuts.The job see currently has is the one she got after she wrote a bad review of that restrant.Causeing the owner of that restrant to confrunt her. Resulting in him firing the head chief that happened to be a relative of most of the staff.
