Help Please

Hopefully, someone on this board could help me with this very annoying problem I am having. I have just been trying to download some Friends Stuff on Kazaa, and have downloaded the Friends Bloopers Show, but I am having a problem.

Whenever I try to play the video clip, it keeps coming up saying I need new software to play this clip, It then says I need a file or program which is called ICM.DIV 3, and everytime, it cant find it.

I am becoming frustrated, because its like it with a few other files I have, It seems to be happening with AVI Files only, no other file extensions seem to be affected.

I am using RealOne Player to play these files, Prehaps I need a new Video Program that plays AVI Files???? So basiclly can anyone help me here, or recommend a new program that will play these dam AVI Files

just use Windows Media Player 6.4 and up, also download the wmp7codecs from microsoft's site, it will play all current friends episodes

I have now done all of this, but for some reason, it is still not working. However I am not 100% sure I have downloaded the correct Codecs to play the file, I downloaded some on the website, but was'nt sure if they were the correct ones you are on about

If you could point me to a direct link to the things I need, It would be very much appreciated. I feel like giving up very soon as trying to play the file is very frustrating.

Actually, Ignore that last message by me, I have found out what was wrong, and have finally sorted out all the problems I was having. Thanks for your help, I can finally sit down and Watch the Friends Bloopers Show Special :)

Why don't you use DIV-X Player (make sure you use the latest player/codec), Try download those player at www.download.com there are many good divx player out there, And I think you'll solve your problem with this solutions (I know I did, I did saw the blooper though...It's great !!)
