"The One Where Chandler Can't Tip" DREIDELS ARE NO MATCH FOR SANTA WHEN ROSS TRIES TO INTRODUCE HIS YOUNG SON TO CHANUKAH -- Ross (David Schwimmer) is thrilled to have his young son Ben (guest star Cole Mitchell Sprouse, "Big Daddy") for the holidays and wants to introduce the tyke to Chanukah -- but the festival of lights pales when a wide-eyed Ben clamors for only Christmas carols, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and especially, Santa Claus. Meanwhile, Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) eagerly anticipates moving back into her newly refurbished apartment again with Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) but feels she must first drive a wedge between Rachel and her current roomie, Joey (Matt Le Blanc). Also, a clumsy Chandler (Matthew Perry) cannot seem to master the fine art of greasing the palms of maitre-d's with folded money in order to secure better service. Courteney Cox Arquette also stars.

What happened to Phoebe living with Ross? Even though I'm not exactly a fan of Joey and Rachel, I seriously hope Phoebe and Rachel will not become roommates again. They were awful together last year.

Well, maybe not. I also read something about Chandler playing Santa for Ben and losing his pants (acccidantally) in front of Ben and the Gellars. The tip thing was done with Richard before. Maybe (I hope) this will be a very minor storyline, like the nap partners scenes.

I read this, too. In the recent "Us" interview with MP. The writer wrote something about watching filming of this episode when MP's pants fell down and he improvised a line that was something to the effect of "and my gift to you this year will be a lifetime of counseling." Don't know if they left it in the ep, but one's gotta love MP's timing. Makes me wonder how many of the lines in the show are improvs that have been kept in.

I've always wondered if the "blue blazer black2 line was an actual flub plus responses which the cast so liked that they integrated it into a scene.

I read smoewhere that in TOW five steaks and an eggplant, that Joey tripping when he was trying to get the phone was all an accident that they kept in

is it just me, or has almost every episode title this season had chandler's name in it??

why do the writers name an episode according to a minor storyline. The nap parterns thing was minor and should not have been an episode name.

the titles can be about anything in the show. one of my titles for the fanfics is called TOW the broken vase. and it's the most minor storyline in the whole of my fanfics!
