Sorry to bug you again but I just downloaded 704 from the usual download site. The avi plays fine but when I use TMPGEnc to try to convert it to mpg , upon pressing start I get the error message "minimum 8 pixels" and it stops. Is there a setting I can change or do you know what I'm doing wrong.

But OK, it seems a lot of people are trying to make vcd's out of the friends eps. So I guess I'll explain it step by step. This is also for Monica if you're reading this too.
1. Download the episode. 2. Download TMPGenc (www.yks.ne.jp/~hori/ 3. Download the English patch for TMPGenc on the same site to make the program English. 4. Run the english patch. 5. Start TMPGenc.
Now comes the real work.
6. On the right lower corner you see three options, choose LOAD 7 A window should open with the TMPGenc folder. If not, find it, then go to the TEMPLATE subfolder.
8. Choose VideoCD (NTSC) or VideoCD (PAL) according to your TV-system. (if you choose NTSC while you have a PAL tv, a part of the screen won't fit on your tv)
9. Choose SETTINGS 10. You'll see that there's little you can choose now, except for the quality. Choose the one you desire. For the diehard-fans this naturally means Super-High Quality.
13. if the directory of your output file is OK, then leave it the way it is, otherwise change it.
(You could also make a project/batch file so you can let the program encode all your eps while you're sleeping. In that case. Just choose FILE-SAVE PROJECT for every ep you want to encode using the same steps as above. Once you're done, choose FILE-BATCH ENCODING and choose all the projects you've saved and press start)
15. BURNING THE VCD. You can use either Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4,5 or higher, or Nero Burning Rom 5 or higher. I prefer Nero, because it's more stable than Adaptec, so the next step is about Nero.
16 Open Nero and the wizard would popup. If not, just choose the wizard from the file menu.
