Thought you might be interested in this, it's from today's online edition of The Sun, they printed a picture of MP from his painkiller time & two shots of the girls...

Personally I don't believe a word of it...

MATT GETS HELP FROM FRIENDS By VICTORIA NEWTON in Los Angeles

PALS of telly star Matthew Perry were last night rallying round as he faces having a liver transplant to save his life.

Yesterday The Sun sensationally revealed that heart-throb Matthew - who plays Chandler in the Sky and Channel 4 hit Friends - had been told by docs his liver was "shot to pieces".

And they warned he would die unless it was replaced soon.

Matthew, 30, is out of hospital after extensive tests but under strict doctors' orders.

He was visited by a string of pals yesterday including cast members Matt Le Blanc and David Schwimmer.

His female co-stars Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow have also been supporting him.

Matthew has left his Hollywood mansion to recuperate at the home of friends.

His addictions to painkillers and prescription drugs are thought to have caused the liver failure.

Matthew was admitted to hospital just days ago after collapsing with stomach cramps. They followed cold sweats and heart palpitations.

An insider told The Sun last night: "Matthew was frightened and in a lot of pain when he came into the hospital.

"He was really worried and couldn't understand what was happening to him. He feared the worst.

"One of the problems was his past abuse of painkillers.

"They hardly relieve his agony now because he was addicted to them.

"He had just about every test possible just so the docs could find out what was wrong."

Matthew, star of new movie The Whole Nine Yards, checked into one of America's top rehab clinics three years ago after losing nearly three stone within a few months due to his addiction to painkillers.

His Friends co-stars were so shocked at his appearance they begged him to seek expert help.

The month-long treatment cost �10,000.

WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all DS and CCA are busy filming movies this summer..... and if DS wasn't there to tape the fianle then he just couldn't have dropped everything to be with MP. These people ( the tabloid writers) obviously don't care about how much they are hurting him and his family and friends, and how much stress they have caused us all. This Victoria Newton should be horse whipped/.... or at least made to apologize for telling lies..

At least ET last night told the truth.... that the whole liver transplant story IS FALSE!!!

And since when doctors use the term "shot to pieces"???

Ad, are you using Outlook Express with Unicode 7 (UTF-7) enabled for some of your posts? It's the kind of encoding they look normal with ie they don't have all the +ACIs and +AD4s in and stuff.

To be honest I don'y know what all the fuss is about, everyone knows that 80% of what is printed in the sun is false, so why hark on about it. Tabloid writers to to make shock news, so people buy their papers, and talk about what they wrote, and that is happening here. If everyone just laughs it off as a pile of crap and forgets about it, the problem will be solved
