Stupid I know but...

On the off chance, do any of you think that the makers of Friends ever check out stuff like this? (ie - newsgroups or the net)

Oh they read'em, they just don't listen to them.

Otherwise season 6 would probably be vastly different.

do we actually know this? I mean aside from MNL do we know if the writers read this stuff?

If they do, they have not told us. I fear MNL lost some privacy when he told us who he was. Possibly his cohorts chose to do otherwise.

Sorry for asking, but who does MNL mean ? I'm sure when you'll tell me, I'll go like "Right! I knew it!" But right now I'm in a total blur. Please help!

MNL is former 'Friends' producer/writer michael curtis. Who has done some friends scripts in the past. He was highly opinionated (some would say rude), and had a chronic fear/hatred of all things french.

He may occasionaly read, but he never posts, there were some ummmmm..... differences of opinion (with most of the newsgroup) and he left

I know you like to hope he still reads it (*cough*), but he *really* doesn't anymore, trust me. He came back once to read when I told him we were talking about him, but that's it. I guess there's nothing left at ATF for him... in his words, he's "off of ATF for good."
