Friends Desktop Theme

Hello,

For this post, I will be plugging the theme pack I made for Windows 95/98.. The main reason, though, for this plug, is because I had to move my URL, so am hoping that all Friends webmasters out there who may have previously linked to my old URL can update it... Or, if they did not know about it, could add a link to it ;)

That is the new location of the site I have made to describe the theme pack. It includes some preview shots of the various things I've included in the file, so you can better decide if you want to download the file or not.

It doesn't have unbelievably long sound bytes every time you open/close a window does it?

It plays the entire opening theme song.. If I ever have time to do a new one, I'll trim that down. But depending on your system, it might not make much of a difference, since Windows loads up pretty slowly for the older systems--the song might finish before you can do any actual work.

You have the option of changing the sounds yourself, to better suit your own taste. Just go to the Control Panel, double-click on Sounds, and choose the sound you want for the event.
