Hey guys,
Remember when they were offering it on their site for like $23? Well, I had ordered it in Septemer and just got an e-mail today saying they had shipped it. Anybody else get this? I thought they weren't going to honor this low price because of an error. I guess I'll believe it when I receive the set.

I got my email too. I'm pretty sure they're legally bound to come across now. It's not a matter of the price being just a solicitation of an offer to buy; they have collected the money and represented that they were shipping the merchandise. They've taken the benefit of the contract; they need to come across with their end of it.
And I'm sure they will come across, because I figure taking a hit on a few DVD sets isn't as bad as making a bunch of customers very angry because they sat on the order for 2 months and then backed out of it.
