I was lucky enough to be able to see a little bit of filming of Band of Brothers (I live in Hertfordshire, UK) and I was just getting out of my car to walk down to where they were filming and along came a jeep with two "GI's" in it - I couldn't believe my eyes, one of them was David! He gave me a big beaming smile and a wave! I sort of half waved back - I must have looked a right idiot! But I was, as we say here, gobsmacked!

name dropping again I'm afraid. This one is even better than my seeing DS at the filming of Band of Brothers. My niece is a trainee hair dresser and for her work experience she went to one of the top salons in Sloane Square in London (I can't remember which one) and the very first people to walk in on her very first day are the three boys. They were getting their hair done there and then going to the t.v. studios near by for a talk show. this was a couple of years ago now. Joanne (niece) said they were all really friendly.

person I've ever met (outside of the UK you are not gonna know who I am talking about!) was when I was about 7....it was Brian Cant and he gave me a signed copy of the Play Away LP!!!!! Being that young I was pretty much gobsmacked at the time, but it doesn't really compare to meeting the Friends boys does it....did she get to run her fingers through their hair?!
