So, I got it today for 24 dollars Canadian (approx. 16-17 dollars US). And yes there is additional footage for each episode, but it varies with each episode. I haven't seen all of the eps yet, and I will give a more in-depth review later, but I want to mention the scene that everyone *must* check out:
In TOW Everybody Finds Out, we actually see Ross naked (although covering his private parts) having tea with UNG, while eating mini-muffins.

The extra footage is great! I was a little worried that it would all be filler. Because I was thinking... how good could it be if it was edited out? But some of the scenes are timeless. Like the one of Ross naked. And one more which I don't want to spoil. But it's in the episode where Chandler hurts Joey's feelings when he gets the friendship bracelet- the reject from Mr. T's collection. After Joey overhears Chandler making fun, he tells Chandler off in a hysterical way. You just have to watch to see what he does.
