chandler being ill

Hi i was just wondering, who knows when matthew perry was ill in terms of seasons of friends. Im guessing from about season 6-end of 8 as he looked unwell

He was never ill except for the beginning of season 7, when he was recovering from pancreatis, which was attributed to his alcoholism. He entered rehab in March of 2001, which was toward the end of season 7. By summer 2001 he was recovering, and has been staying healthy ever since. The weight gain in season eight is probably due to his recovery, but he wasn't sick or abusing drugs or alcohol during that time, and hasn't since spring '01.

Right now I think he's healthier than he has ever been, and he looks it too. :)
