AGH!!!!!! :(

Can anyone recommend a half-decent premium news server (aside from Newsfeeds)? I've just realised that the servers have not only been missing the odd post, but entire threads. I am *not* happy. Anyway, I'm hoping to convince my mum to change to another server, in spite of the fact that we can now not get a refund on the months we've paid for but wouldn't be using, but obviously I'm going to need to convince her it's worth the while - so can anyone recommend a decent server, please? It needs to be very reliable for regular posts (we *are* paying, you know!), and also have decent binary support.

difficult to say tina since youre over there (points in that direction). All i can say is that apart from the occasional moments that the newshost is unreachable, netcom/mindspring has never let me down. And apart from one or two newsgroups it can reach whatever newsgroup i want

No idea Tina. Wouldn't it be worth trying to get one of the free ISPs just for reading news? Freeserve cuts out binaries, but you wouldn't miss whole threads. ;)
