Tennant, it really isn't that big a deal. Rumours fly all the time. We all know by now not to take a rumor at face value until we've had a moment to examine it. This is hardly unforgivable. It was a cute joke that took me aback for about fifteen seconds. About right for an April Fool's joke.

I've read some of the posts and I must say I'm quite surprised by the reactions of some fans. I thank Claire and Tina for seeing it for what it is, an April Fool's joke.
I'm really surprised by Tenant's reaction. Unforgivable? Wow! Actually, I shouldn't be. I've got over 10 e-mails calling me a cruel and a mean bastard! But I'm not going to let that bother me, not at all b/c I've also had many e-mails saying 'Dhar, you almost killed me but it was good." These fans realize it was in good fun!
Thank you again Claire. I didn't want to write like a whole page and get everyone all worried. As some of you probably know, I'm a total Friends fan (has been for the last 3 years) and I care about the show and its fans. I don't want the show to end as much as everyone else.
P.S. By the way, as for all these posts, regarding the validity of my April Fool's Joke b/c of the time I sent it, let me make it clear to all of you: I sent it 9 AM MST (Calgary time) on April Fool's Day. That's still 15 hours left before the day ends. So, it's valid!
Good thing about my joke is that it got me back to the newsgroup. It's been a while since I've made some posts. There are a lot of new people around here. I'm glad to see that. The more Frienatics we have, the better!
And my only advice to people who are still bitter: Let's move on. It's not the end of the world!
