Is Bush interrupting Friends tonight?

My roommie just told me that Bush is planning on addressing the nation at 8pm tonight. Has anyone heard this? I will have to adjust both my Friends and Survivor recordings because I won't be home. Will they even air Friends, does anyone know what time it will come on?

Yes it seems it might be true. Maybe they will still show Friends right after the news conference.

This doesn't say what time he's on. Nor does it say what time zone. "Prime time" (i.e. 8:00) Eastern would be 5:00 Pacific. Which of course wouldn't interrupt Fiends at all.
