Friends: The Drinking Game

I'm sure somebody has posted a "Friends: the drinking game" before. But I'd thought I'd give it a whirl.

When watching a new episode or rerun of Friends,

TAKE ONE DRINK WHENEVER: Monica makes a comment on cleanliness. Phoebe make an out-of-left-field, weird comment. Chandler makes a sarcastic joke. Rachel talks about shopping or fashion. Joey talks about food (esp. sandwiches or pizza). Ross makes a nerdy comment which turns the ladies off. Ross and Rachel have a "awkward, sexual tension" moment. Joey makes a comment only a 5-year old would make. Rachel makes a comment only a spoiled child would make. Monica makes a "me-first," self-involved comment. Phoebe plays guitar and sings badly. Chandler gets freaked out by the thought of commitment. Somebody makes a joke on Ross's many marriages/divorces.

TAKE TWO DRINKS WHENEVER: Monica shouts "I know!" Joey says his sexy "How you' doin'?" pick-up line. Janice reappears and says "Oh-My-God!" or makes her annoying nasal laugh. Gunther makes a not-so-subtle hint of his attraction to Rachel. Monica tries to boss everybody around. Chandler refers to his gay father and/or promiscuous mother. Ross bangs two fists together (his way of saying "F**k you"). Ross and Monica's father or mother pop by. Phoebe's twin sister Ursula appears. There's a reference to the "We were on a break!" line between Ross and Rachel. Ross' lesbian ex-wife Carol and/or her lover Susan appears.

DRINK THE WHOLE PITCHER WHEN: There's a flashback/alternate universe with Fat Monica in it. One of Rachel's super-spoiled sisters comes by unexpectedly. A girl is actually turned on by Ross' knowledge of science. Joey actually says something intelligent. Phoebe actually eats meat or goes against her strong liberal values. Someone actually mentions what Chandler's job is.

Any thoughts? My first attempt at a drinking game, so I'm sure there are better ones out there. :)

only with the earlier seasons though. You could go through entire episodes of S7-S9 without drinking a single drop. And isn't the goal behind drinking games to get hammered ASAP? And another question: Doesn't each player have to pick one from each category and only has to drink when these things happen?

I meant it with beer, yes. And it's supposed to be funny, not to be taken seriously or followed word-for-word whatsoever. There may be some crazy college kids who actually try to play this game. I certainly hope not. :)

The "Take one drink" is for things that happen almost every episode, the "Take two drinks" is for things that happen once in a while, (a few episodes a season), and the "Drink the whole pitcher" is for things that almost never happen, say like in only 2 or 3 episodes out of the entire series.

I had a hard time knowing when some of Pheboes comments were "off the wall" some of them are oddly timed, but apprpreate. Judgment call - where as Chandles sarcasum is obviouse. Cindy (the bad speller, with horable gramer)
