Paul dated Monica in the pilot. Actually it turned out to be a one night stand, as he lied to her to get her into bed.

How about : Joey's career takes off and as a good investment he buys the Central Perk, calls it : " Remorey's" (not sure of the correct spelling) and makes it into a posh club where he can have all his half naked fans come and admire him.
He also employs Phoebe and she finally gets paid for her performances.
Phoebe's landlord decides to sell the apartment so she has to move out, and JOey offers she moves in with him. After seing him with all the girls Phoebe becomes jelous and realises she loves Joey. Joey is only too flattered to find that out so two start dating and eventually get married.
Ross and Rachel go through "joys " of parenthood and sleepless nights, and after much will they - won;t they, they get married at the end as well, after Rachel admits that they WERE on a brake :)
Chandler and Monica adopt a dog (about time someone has a permanent pet again) which turns out to be pregnant, so Monica becomes a "mommy" and Chandler is jelous because he is not getting any attention. Because of that he almost has an affair with Janice, but her whining makes him realise on time he loves Monica, and they live happily ever after.
