And why we should question those tabloids:

1) Per tabloid, BP gently touches JA stomach in wedding
   pictures; pregnancy speculation.
2) Tabloid states that show writers are told that they should
   be prepared to write THREE (count 'em THREE) pregnancies
   into the show this year.  According to tabloid, JA, LK
   and CCA have all told producers they're working on it.
3) Two weeks ago, tabloid announced that CCA's marriage
   is on the rocks.

Meanwhile:

A) DS breaks up with real-life girlfriend, and B) MlB is preparing to marry his real-life girlfriend.

AND

Seems like MP is the only one on a BREAK... (Stay tuned, he may need that liver *after all.*)

Personally, I would think this would stink. Phoebe's pregnancy was bad enough. The whole premise of "Friends" is "a bunch of late-twenty-somethings and early thirty-somethings acting like they're eighteen".

No late-twenty year olds build a fort out of moving boxes, or think they're gonna make a fortune with their "hand-twin", or lose a baby cuz they're flirting with some girls. etc etc etc. It's funny cuz it doesn't happen.

Now to all of a sudden shift to the complete opposite end of the maturity spectrum and give all 3 women (who up til this point have been acting slightly older than 1/2 their character's age) kids to raise on the show just does not sit well with me at all. It is completely, 100%, absolutely, unequivocally, absurd and 100% does NOT fit with the story lines thus far, what-so-ever, even by the wiildest stretch of the imagination. Period. End-of-story.

That pretty much means it's a given that they're gonna do it. . . .

I love that aspect of the show, but I think we have to realize that the actresses are getting older and are in a position to have children. It isn't our business to say they can or can't. Honestly, the only one who should have their child tie in with the story permanently is CCA, since her character is in a correct situation for people as responsible as their characters. JMO
