I had series 4+5 last year i brought series 3 this year. Series 3 has a lovely box to put the series in. Now WARNER have re-released 4+5 with the lovely box sets. NOW that has pissed me off. Anyone else think the same.

What I am pissed about is why is the UK getting DVDs of the Friends Show from the States when the States(which the show is from) doesn't get them at all in which we should be getting them too. This is also in reference to the UK getting better tracks on singles from American music artists such as TLC..like when we get 2 tracks on a single, you guys get 4 much better tracks.

They do that because of the syndication (the friends DVDS that is) but what really pisses me off is that nothing here is compatable with PAL!
It's so impossible to watch UK stuff on an American TV. I am having a difficult time finding a multi region DVD player.

We bought the Apex AD- 600A. But were disappointed to find that they have gotten rid of the secret menu that allowed it to be region gree. If you can find one from an older shipment, then it may still have the region free capabilities.

I don't think it would be hard to find a region-free dvd player in the states if you inform yourself on all kinds of dvd forums about the availability of these machines, or easy ways to alter one to make it region free. E.g., www.7thzone.com is a very complete site for region free dvd players.

As to multi-region DVD players, surely they must be sold in the US?
They aren't easy to get a hold of. THe bottom line is they don't want us to have them.
