The reason she didn't want medical help at the scene is because she is pregnant and didn't want the information getting out. She went to see her own doctors.

So if she didn't want to get the information out how come you know about it? anyway, she did an interview for celebrities extra on Living (Gods how sad am I?) and she said, "Are they still asking that? It's been six months, I mean, I would be showing by now. No I'm not pregnant". well it was something to that effect. So :P

Also something to do with the fact that if you're pregnant and in a car accident, you're really *not* going to care about much else other than whether the baby's okay. Just a thought. :)
