What happened to Reese Witherspoon?

I know Reese played an episode or two as Rachel's sister, but I don't remember her ever leaving? Did she just sort of get written out without explanation or was there an episode where she announced she was leaving?

Hellooooo!!! After getting drunk in Vegas, Tex1979 doodled cat whiskers on his/her face and miaowed this little lot at a statue...

She (Jill) kinda made up with her dad after hitting on Ross made Rachel a little mad at her. :) I'm now kinda rethinking my stance on her, actually - I really like her as an actress, especially after seeing her in Cruel Intentions. Then again, best not to wear out too much of a good thing... just look at Chandler and Monica. :)

She was pretty good. If you like her here, I'd definately check out Election if I were you. Funny flick, and Reese is excellent. :)

reese is an excellent actress period. she takes her roles and makes them completely believable. in cruel intentions, she plays the virgin to perfection; in election, she takes the stuck up geek and makes it her; in pleasantville, she is great as the slut turned mature teenager; in freeway, she is the coolest redneck/slut/troublemaker; in fear, she is every girl that falls for the wrong guy; and in twilight (havent seen yet) she gets naked!!! so overall she is great and she added the perfect mix to friends -- frankie

She was written off n TOW Chandler Can't Cry (after one of the best scenes all season :))
