Is tonight's new ep a clip show?

The NBC description certainly sounds like it. I can't believe how cheap they are, there's already less episodes this year and now they shove another one of these useless things down our throat?!

It seemed a bit longer than that, but it sure was less of a clip show than sometimes when they do clip shows. It was at least 8:15 before they started with the clips, and maybe mroe like 8:19.

So tell me what happened on the episode? Due to a TiVo snafu, my wife and I only ended up recording and seeing the first ONE minute! What was Chandler's shocking surprise? And are he and Monica really moving? Come to think of it, we also missed about the last five minutes of the previous week's ep. Did they get approved to adopt the baby after they admitted that they weren't a doctor and a minister?

Last weeks ep is all below if you want to read it. This week was all about Monica and Chandler moving out of their apartment to a house in Westchester. Phoebe and Rachel see Chandler getting into a car with a blond woman, follow her and assume infidelity. They get together with Ross and Joey, then all approach Monica. In comes Chandler and they have to be told about the house. Of course no one wants them to move and there are several clips of different things happening in the apartment, such as the bet that caused the girls to lose the apartment to the boys, as well as other memories. The realtor calls, Chandlers answers, then hangs up, turns to the others with a sad face and says "we didn't get it". Everyone consoles - on their way out. Chandler turns to Monica and says "we got it". It ends at Central Perk with them giving each of the others a gift they are sure to like. Then they say they're moving and run out.

It was one of the best eps I've seen in a while, reruns excepted. At the opening, there is a question among them in Central Perk asking which would you give up, sex or food? There is discussion, but as you can imagine, Joey has the toughest time, hilariously, and finally decides on a woman on bread. terri
