Just reading the Friends trivia on the Internet Movie Database ( http://imdb.com/title/tt0108778/trivia ) and I came across this:
Ross's middle name is Eustace
Is this true? I don't recall that being mentioned or implied anywhere... I was only aware that Rachel, Joey and Chandler had middle names.

Ross' middle name never came up, so you can make of it what ever you want. Monica's middle name is Velula (03.07 :-)) though.
Velula was the name Phoebe made up when signing for the racecar bed. That was never documented as being her middle name. Her middle name started with an E--that is why she bought stock in MEG-she said those were her intials.
