I think you mean www.playusa.com. They've changed the address for R1 discs. (although you are able to select R1 discs at play.com, you're transferred to playusa.com.)

Playusa is brillant for getting the US Friends boxsets cheaply...but cutoms have started getting wise to people ordering US dvds, and are lumping charges on. I've managed to evade them once (hurrah!) by the fact that my postman obviously didn't see the customs label, and therefore didn't ask me for money before he posted it, but it's worth noting. I think it's happening through Amazon now too - but, on Amazon.co.uk the other day someone was selling the R1 sets through their "z-shops" facility (or whatever they're called now)...so I'm trying that to see if I'll get around the charges that way.

I'm just not sure where it ships from.

Ideally, I'm searching for a nice company who'll either ship the package as a "gift" (the cut off price then is �35, rather than �18), or one which'll lie about the value of the contents. But realistically, I don't see that happening.

Too late. BTW it says here http://www.play.com/play247.asp?page=title&r=R2&title=93084&p=57&c=&g=72 it's L38.99 and on top of that it's sold out too! Plus they don't even deliver to my country (Slovenia) so Amazon.com was the best choice for me.
