S1-6 TOW Mrs. Bing - Apt #'s are 19 and 20 S1-7 TOW The Dozen Lasagnas - Apt #'s are 4 and 5

The significance is that the apartment numbers do *not* change back & forth if you look at the episodes in the order in which they were made, which you can work out from the production numbers given in the end credits...
