Phoebe's hair/wardrobe

I've seen magazine articles/covers wherein Lisa Kudrow looks a lot more attractive than she often does on Friends. I really *can't stand* that hairdo that she often has (headband with shanks of hair loose on either side, hair in face) - it makes her look kind of bedraggled. And what was with that cleavage-bearing sweater? It seemed so out of character.
