couples, couples, couples !!

hey.. I'm a Chandler and Monica fan

but Ross and Rachel are a very important part of FRIENDS.. nad what they had was kinda special.. although some of us are a little tired of it, it cannot be forgotten, and I know it would make a lot of fans (maybe not me though) very happy to see them together. shall we just be cool and learn to be FRIENDS ??

or shall we all forget about these two couples and think and debate about the prospect of Phoebe and Joey

I have no opinion of this idea yet... just heard about a) is this just jigsaw piecing everyone to gether ? b) do they really suit each other c) they do have a history.. Joey well fancied Ursula and she's identical to Phoebe d) both Phoebe and Joey need a long term romance. Joey has only had three romances that lastest longer than an episode (this does not include season 6.. cos I forgot spoiler space), Ursula and Kate and Kathy.. two of those romances were only existing probably cos another FRIEND was against them. Phoebe has really only had Gary.. which couldn't have been that good... cos he didn't know Phoebe that well, (he should have known that the worsed thing in the world to Phoebe is killing animals !!)

so Viva Phoebe and Joey ?? or Shut Up Helena Syndrome ??

P.S.. I'M STILL CRAZY ABOUT CHANDLER AND MONICA no matter what anyone says, or what I am called !!! but I totally respect Ross and Rachel.. many a R+R episode has made me laugh !!

Yes - we only saw Joey meet Ursula at Riffs, after that they were never seen together, it was really a Phoebe & Joey story. Similarly he was not central to the Chandler & Kathy story. OTOH he went out with Angela Delvecchio for three years, but that was mostly over before the show began.

But for him, Kate Miller was the real thing - until she abandoned him for her career.

It was worse than that, for Monica had only just warned Gary "Alright, listen, let me tell you, do not get her flowers. Okay? Because y'know, she cries when they die, and there's the whole funeral..."

No no. You are entitled to your personal opinions, and your right to cheer for any couple in the show you want, as long as you're happy for other fans with different views - as you say, let's be cool & learn to be friends.

Just spare a thought for the much criticised minority who reckon, despite all the evidence marshalled against them, that Ross & Phoebe would make a cute couple - and even more controversially, Chandler & Rachel...
