Chandler's shirts - please

Hello guys and gals

I was asking while back regarding Chandler's shirts. I got couple of tips on possible brands but not very successful . Could any one please help me up figure out what kind of brand is that ? I'm looking particularly for the one below : http://members.nbci.com/cyonet/9.jpg I'm sorry but did not really know how to describe it . Please if anyone any idea where I could look for it I would really appreciate . Such collar and that kind of pattern only on one side of the shirt like on the screen shot . My brother is little freaky about Chandler's wardrobe and I wanted to get something like that for december coming birthday.
