I just read in The Star (5/6/01) that, "The blushing bride is pregnant, Chandler gets cold feet and bolts as the rest of the cast scurries to find him."
It has a rather nice wedding pic, too. Chan looks healthy. (We "ALL" know where they found him, right? ;-o )
But a pregnant Mon??? (I think I detect money changing hands here on ATF.)

Yes folks, Monica's preggers. But, Chandler doesn't know about it. Maybe he will by the time the new season starts.

Chandler freaked out after he heard a message Monica recorded saying "If you call after Saturday, this is the Bings". He wrote a note saying "tell Monica I'm sorry" and hid out at work, while Ross & Phoebe tried to find him. They did, calmed him down, and got him to the hotel (they got married in a hotel, not the museum Mon reserved). He went out to smoke a cig (guess he was REALLY nervous), overheard Phoebe talking about a pregnancy test they found in the trash and bolted again. (Rachel and Phoebe were hiding from Monica in her bathroom because Rachel was upset about Chandler ditching Monica and her not having her wedding). Ross looks for Chandler again, finally finds him, sees him with a gift bag, Chandler explains that he was freaked, but he saw this little baby jumpsuit that said "I love New York" and asked himself how he could be afraid of that. They ceremony went off without a hitch (except for Joey screwing it up a little bit, hah), and at the end Chandler whispers that he knows about the baby. Monica asks him what he's talking about, he says he's talking about their baby and the pregancy test. Monica told him she didn't take a test. The camera focuses on a very uncomfortable looking Rachel as Phoebe talks about how exciting it is that C&M are gonna be parents.
One thought I had before they revealed that this possibly could have been Rachels was that when Monica tripped and fell early in the ep, if she knew she was pregnant, she would have maybe been worried about the baby being hurt, but she wasn't concerned. Also, when Phoebe found the test, Rachel told her not to bring it up. So all signs point to Rachel. But you never know, they might just wanted it to look that way. We'll find out in the fall.

You know, i was actually thinking about this last night...i think it would be hysterical if the baby was Joey's. I mean, think about it, they live together in the same apartment, so God knows what could happen. Also, maybe it was a sign when Rachel said, "Maybe I should just sleep with Joey" I would certainly make Ross and Phoebe jealous and spin off some exciting stories...i dunno...

I don't think Ross would be jealous, I think it would destroy any chance of R&R to get back together, which is why I don't think Joey could be the dad.

Also, Monica was drinking wine earlier in the episode. Even if she hadn't taken the test yet, she must of had some clue as to her being pregnant is she took the test the next morning or that night or whatever, and therefore, wouldn't be drinking wine.
