Is David Schwimmer Jew?

I saw him on TV movie "Uprising". Is this because he is Jew, or he has too many bombs on big screen? If I recall right, his last movie is "Six days, Seven nights". Did he make other movies after that?

I believe he made "Apt Pupil" after that. He was recently also in the HBO movie "Band of Brothers." It is fit that David did "Uprising", and I wish it had not been too intense to show in front of my kids. I turned it off because it scared them. David looks to be headed toward a fairly comfortable future directing and playing supporting roles in good projects. He could sure do worse.

You didn't miss much. The promos made the movie seem a lot better than it actually was. But what else is new with NBC, right? And normally I like David Schwimmer, but his accent in this was *horrible*. Now my boyfriend (who was being forced to watch) thinks he's a terrible actor. :(

I thought it was rather good, actually. Hank Azaria did a great job, and so did Leelee Sobieski. Schwimmer's accent was indeed rather horrible, and it was a bit strange to watch him fight against the Nazis together with Alexandra Holden (aka Elizabeth). Apart from that, I think it showed that David Schwimmer does indeed have a future when Friends is finished.

I think that everyone except for MLB has a future after Friends. In order from most likely to have a good future after Friends:

Neither - it's because he's one of those things called an *actor*. His religious background isn't going to affect his choice in roles - although for what it's worth, I think he is Jewish.

Let attempt this: I think this means that David played the part because he is Jewish and the story was about Jews against the Nazis. He did the part for a higher calling and not for just "the money". Does that help?
