Super-sized Friends in UK

Did you guys in UK get the 40 minute show or just a 21 minutes as usual? (In France they'll be just 21 minutes) Does anybody know what will happen with the DVD's?

Nope, the supersized Friends wasn't sold to ANY country they were only playing once in USA too. in teh uS rerus they are down to 21 minutes. No foreign tv companies were allowed to buy the long episodes unfortunately.

Ah, the beauty of living in Canada. Because we get NBC and syndication of the same shows at the same time on our own networks, we got the 30 minute episodes on the day they were aired at the same time as the US. Can't say you're missing much; there seemed to be only 3-4 extra minutes of programming and a lot of commercials.

A lot of fans said that. In fact the extra time was about twice as much.

Actually, the times for the supersized episodes were as follows, with times for conventional episode S7-12 included for comparison...

Times given for the tags of S7-14 & S7-15 cover the end titles only. The S7-14 tag was a promo for another show, and the S7-15 tag was the beginning of the blooper show (whose three parts were 9:14/6:32/1:22).

Although S7-14 was the least extended, the shorter version shown in Britain actually contained some *new* material, making a great deal more sense for some of the jokes.
