All I know is that if the #1 moment isn't Rachel walking up and kissing Ross in TOW Prom Video, there is something seriously wrong with the TV Guide editors.
That was one of the best moments in television history.

As far as Chandler and Monica, I think their best "moment" was the scene in London where it was first revealed that they were sleeping together. Not that they haven't had other great moments, but that was definitely the best in my opinion, because it was so unexpected. (Well... OK... not unexpected to me, since I constantly surf the 'Net for spoilers, but... you get my drift.)
