I could figure out that it's somehow to do with 905 and Phoebe, but couldn't be bothered to go to Google Translations.
I'm not Italian (so why am I replying? don't know...), but I guess that 'dice' means 'said'. So it's about something you've said about Lisa Kudrow...

Im spanish but more or less it saids that Lisa suggested having some kind of a lesbian story but the writers didn't agree.
well... i just copy pasted it in a translation page and this came out as a result:
Andr� Knoche says that Lisa Kudrow had suggested the idea of a lesbian history for Phoebe in the ninth season, but the authors were not of the idea. Perhaps this scene made reference that idea
