Nobody mentioned that Ross was looking at Rachel when he commented how he wasn't ready for anything serious at this point.

Also, having just read the spoilers for this and last week's eps, it seems the entire Ross & Elizabeth relationship was filmed in one shot and inserted into previously recorded episodes. So, what did they chuck?

Well, when people are bitching about something they don't like, they don't tend to notice the little things.

Don't know - wouldn't surprise me if they did chuck something, though.
