I have two:
1) When Ross and Rachel are arguing in Season 3, about him sleeping with the Copy Girl, and Rachel says, "I always thought you was the one man that would Never, Ever, hurt me..."
2) When Mr. Heckles dies in Season 2, and Chandler says to his empty apartment at the end, "Goodbye Mr. Heckles... We`ll try and keep it down."

Speaking of which... it would be a good idea to avoid "The Pallbearer" on TV tonight. I actually paid money to rent it (not when it was new, whew!). Awful film.

For me it would have to be when Ross and Rachel broke up, and when Phoebe said goodbye to the triplets at the hospital ("well, if you're gonna cry...")

For me it would be some of the moments when Ross pined after Carol (e.g. in TOW George Stephanopoulos and TOW the Candy Hearts). At that time Ross's self-pity had not got on my nerves yet, and moments such as the weird double dinner date in TOW the Candy Hearts also gave you a sense that Carol would have been the ideal partner for Ross if she had not found someone else she loved even more...
And also The One Hundredth, when Phoebe talks with the triplets.
