In the February 10-16 Issue of TVGuide (which just came in today), they listed the top 50 MVPs of this generation (I think).
According to TVGuide an MVP is 'the actors, writers, producers, hosts, who create great television'.
And amazingly enough Matt LeBlanc was named one of this year's TVGuide MVPs.

After seven seasons, Matt LeBlanc, 33, is still breaking us as the famously dense Joey Trebanni (mispelled by tvguide). Says costar David Schwimmer, "When we did the scene where Joey and Ross fall asleep on the couch and freak because they wake up cuddling, Matt made me laugh so hard." LeBlanc's gifts are taken for granted, Schwimmer adds. "He's like sugar," he says. You don't realize how great it is until you run out of it."
I kind of agree (and some of you do too) that MLB is the only one who has stayed true to his character Joey.
