Just out of curiosity, because this spoiler thing is new to me, if someone's subject line says the message is about the last 5 episodes, isn't that spoiler enough? If I didn't want to know anything about the last 5 episodes, I wouldn't open the message and spoil it for myself...or am I missing something here?

On some browsers, the top lines are displayed in a preview window even before you open it. That's why it's always good to put a few blank lines in there.
Personally, I always read the titles first. If the preview window shows me part of the post, I can ignore it. Some people read the first few lines of the preview to determine if they want to continue. I think it's a bad habit to get into. Others, from what I've heard, don't have a choice because of the way their browser is configured. (I don't understand it, but that's what I've been told.)
Ahhh, ok I understand now :). I have my newsreader's preview disabled...just because of those who persist (in other n/g's) in attaching binaries.

No, but when you accidentally pass by it while scrolling messages, the message pops up in the viewing window and you see the spoiler. So thats why you need Spoiler space.

I don't really see how that's a spoiler, seeing how a title doesn't give anything away really because they're vague, and secondly, Friends doesn't tell you the title when you tune in to watch. It's not like the episode is spoiled now.

You're right with these 5 ep titles, but I remember when I was watching season 5 I accidently saw season 8 titles, with "TOW Joey Dates Rachel" among them. This made me really into watching for clues for R&R vs. R&J -- *I*'ve seen a lot more R&R omens though.
