question. Since Friends wasn't nominated for best comedy or any kind of ensemble award, were they all invited? I know JA and LK were, cause they were nominated. But what about the rest of them?

Yes, I agree!! I was shocked when Doris Roberts won. I fugured if JA or LD didn't win like they should've then it would be Megan M. from Will & Grace. Doris Roberts stood no chance.
And I cannot believe Patricia Heaton won for lead actress, too!
The same goes for Patricia Heaton, she's great! Everybody Loves Raymond is my second favorite show after Friends. I think JA and Doris Roberts should both have gotten awards. Notice that none of the Friends men have been nominated for Emmys...

Yah, David was nominated in 95, Lisa and Jennifer have each been nominated and I believe have won a couple times...Matthew has been nominated, I'm sure of it, either last year or two years ago...the only ones not nominated have been Matt (which I can't believe) and Courteney (which I can believe)...
AFAIK, None of them have ever won, although Lisa sure has deserved it. Last year, Matthew Perry's publicist accidentally placed him in the lead actor category and when he found out, he had himself removed from consideration since it's apparently cast policy for everyone to place themselves in the supporting category.

1) LK has been nominated about 4 - 5 times and won once. 2) DS was nominated a couple of times but never won. 3) JA was nominated twice and NEVER won (Sigh!) 4) Not sure whether MP was ever nominated but I know he has never won as well. 5) MLB and CC has never been nominated at all.
