I'm probably wrong about this, but the last time I remember Gunther, is when he was training Joey, and Joey kept giving away free coffee to the ladies!

First, have Gunther CONFESS his feelings to Rachel. Second, A) if Rachel accepts, then Ross will go insane. Or, B) if Rachel declines and tells Gunthar that she loved Ross all this time, Gunthar will commit suicide by jumping in front of an oncoming subway train.
