Bruce Willis on "Friends" (SPOILERS)

I was a bit disappointed in Bruce Willis' performance on last Thursday's episode. I *know* the man can do TV comedy - he was just terrific on "Moonlighting". On "Friends", however, his timing was completely off, and it appeared to me that he had trouble remembering his lines. Either that, or his delivery really *was* that awkward.

I like Bruce a lot - I thought he was great in "The Sixth Sense". And even if "Hudson Hawk" was a mediocre-to-bad movie, his performance was quite good. The back-and-forth between him and Danny Aiello is great.

But he seemed almost disinterested in his performance on "Friends". I hope he can pull it back together for the remaining episodes. I just sensed zero chemistry between him and Jennifer Anniston, and that'll be crucial to whatever happens in the next few eps.

Yep, reminded me of the Cybill Shephard - Bruce Willis days. He does do comedy well, on the big and little screen. What happened here?

"Suprised" by a bad performance from Bruce Willis? It's usually expected. This guy is a hack who made some kind of pact with Satan to become famous.

I thought it was great myself. He's playing a completely different kind of character now than he usually plays. Are you sure that doesn't have something to do with it? I mean this guy is *supposed* to be uptight.

Maybe after his 3 episodes we'll see the genius of the first episode.

I thought he was great... when he looked crosseyed at Ross and asked "Are you yelling at me?" I almost lost it...
