If you look @ episode 7-19 when the guys turn to reveal their face masks, The Barker-lounger is in the background

In 7-13 Rachel broke Joey's chair and put it back together while they were buying a replacement. Chandler thought he broke joeys chair so he replaced it with his and then Joey was jealous of Rachels chair (That chair is really cool and I want one for my B-DAY!!!) so he broke chandlers chair.

ie. BOTH BARKER LOUNGERS WERE BROKEN(not yelling!;))

After Rachel first broke Rosita, Joey reassembled it again. It fell apart when Chandler reclined in it, but then he stole both halves and hid them. He could easily have reassembled Rosita later on.
