I was actually impressed to see they had Rachel wear a false post-pregnancy belly paunch. That's pretty realistic (have had 2 kids -- my paunch is still there :( ). Of course, they'll probably have her out of it by the next episode. Not realistic. At least they're trying.

Even though they gave her a little extra belly, I thought she looked more trim than most women during the first week. But, as you said, At least they're trying.
