The whole misery began because of the un-removable drawings on Rachel'S face. But all the sudden they disappeared at the breakfast... how?

In a behind the scenes documentary that episode is the one being followed. (can be downloaded as 'behind the scenes II' from kazaa - a must see for a fan)

The writers/producers discuss about this, and they decide that after a night of sleep, the ink will have faded, and can be removed easier the next day...

Fine.. another One: Where does Chandler get all the Money? He bought new furnitures after kissing Joey's girl-friend, gave Joey 1500$ when moving out and than had an annamed, but LARGE amount left for his wedding.

In season 8 he is thinking of interviewing for a new job. The new position is at a vice president level. So, I would assume he is pretty high in the management chain of his company already.

As you might recall, he quit his job at one point after being offered a promotion. His boss kept throwing higher and higher figures at him to win him back. Finally, after being offered great benefits, the boss finally hit a salary figure that outweighed his dislike for the job--so he went back to work the following Monday.

Yes, I wish they had left that in the regular version. I think it bothered them enough that they felt it needed to be included in the extended-cut versions.

Oh yes, I see what you mean. As far as I know, the extra dialogue can be seen only in "The Best of Friends" 4-CD set of 20 extended episodes. But the lines we have been talking about actually appear only in the extra section called "The One That Goes Behind The Scenes."

Ep 601 is not included in the set, which begs the question: does the extra dialogue appear in region 2 DVDs of the sixth season?
