Aniston looked odd in 1012

The still is from TOW Phoebe's Wedding. Notice the horizontal crease above her upper lip. Is that natural cause it looks kinda odd?

She's had botox on her upper lip that accounts for the stiffness and she looks like the Grinch whenever she clenches her lips as that picture shows with the "whiskers" :-) Not natural at all.
