WHY IT'S A WINNER ''Survivor'' may have gotten the best of ''Friends'' earlier this year, but viewers suddenly shifted alliances this season. Largely because of the Ross and Rachel pregnancy story line and, okay, an underwhelming ''Survivor'' cast, ''Friends'' averaged 26.49 million viewers versus ''Survivor'''s 19.8 million. (That's up 6 million for ''Friends'' and down 10 million for ''Survivor.'') The Brad Pitt guest-starring spot over Thanksgiving (pictured above) was just gravy. If this is indeed the show's last season, it's certainly going out on top.
